Booking a doctor
What is Qlini?
Qlini is a way to find a doctor in India and book an appointment online. Search by doctor's name or speciality, see the consultation fee and the next free slot, and confirm the booking with your mobile number.
How do I book a doctor on Qlini?
Search for a doctor or speciality on qlini.app, choose a doctor, pick a free time from their live schedule, and confirm with the one-time code sent to your mobile number. If the clinic takes online payment, you pay at the end of booking.
Do I need to create an account?
No password is needed. Your mobile number is your account: you sign in with a one-time code sent by SMS, and your bookings are kept under that number.
Can I book for someone else in my family?
Yes. Add family members such as parents, children or a spouse to your number once, then choose who the appointment is for each time you book.
Are the time slots real?
Yes. Slots come from the clinic's own schedule in real time, and a slot is held for you while you book, so two people cannot book the same time.
Why can't I book some doctors online?
Some doctors see patients by walk-in only or haven't opened online booking yet. Qlini still shows them, with a link to their clinic's page, so you know where they practise.
Fees and payment
How much does it cost to book?
You pay the doctor's consultation fee, which is shown before you book. For bookings paid online, a small convenience fee is added and shown before you pay. Searching for doctors on Qlini is free.
Can I pay at the clinic instead?
It depends on the clinic. Where a clinic takes online payment, you pay while booking; where it doesn't, you pay at the clinic when you visit.
How do I cancel a booking?
Sign in with your mobile number, open My bookings, and cancel. Each clinic sets how late you can cancel and whether a paid booking is refunded, and that is shown before you cancel.
Your data
Is my health data safe with Qlini?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each clinic's records are kept separate, and Qlini never sells your data, shows you ads or uses your records to train AI models.
Who can see my booking details?
The clinic you book with, and the people there whose job needs it. Your booking goes only to the clinic you chose.
